Xyngular MLM Review – Another Weight Loss Scam?

You are doing research on Xyngular because someone approached you about it and you want to know if this company is legit or a scam. That’s what we’re about to find out.

If you have been here before, welcome back!

Thank you for taking the time to check out my Xyngular review!

One of the common questions I get asked often is if Xyngular a scam or not.

We’re going to take the next few minutes to take a look and get some answers.

The main concern I have for people who are researching this opportunity is that I don’t want them to get burned. In the profession of network marketing, anything could happen.

A company ends up shutting down in a few months due to bad business decisions for being non-compliant, compensation plan change, or the company not paying it’s distributors.

Even worst, your direct sponsor or upline leaves the company. Leaving you hanging to dry.

I understand that many of you are new. Sometimes we are not in a position to make a solid business assessment due to inexperience.

Additionally, I am going to offer you a way for you to escape the ‘9 to 5’ if you decide that this company is not for you.

More information about this program will be at the end of this post.

You landed on this blog because you are thinking about joining Xyngular because someone approached you about it or you just want to try out their products.

Unlike all the other Xyngular reviews on the internet, this is completely third party unbiased. I have no relationship with this company what so ever so when you read this blog post all the way through and pay attention, I can assure you that I am not going to ask you to join or buy.

By the time you have read this unbiased review, you will be able to decide if Xyngular is a fit or not. I do not promote, nor I am affiliated with Xyngular. I stand neutral in the current development of the Xyngular business.

With that said, let’s dive in!

The Xyngular compensation plan

There are six ways you can earn within the Xyngular compensation plan:

  1. Retail Sales
  2. Rapid Rewards
  3. Quick Start Bonus
  4. Residual Commissions
  5. Corporate Sales Pool
  6. Leadership Bonuses

Retail Sales

This is the first and most basic income stream. The idea is to buy the products at wholesale pricing, and sell them to people at retail.

As a quick example, you could purchase the ‘Core System’ for $199 wholesale, and retail it for $239, making a cool $40 profit. Or you could make the same profit if someone you refer buys products through your unique referral link online.

But as I said earlier- nobody is paying retail online.

It makes logical sense that a person would bypass retail and pay the same wholesale price as you, simply by paying the $14.95 member fee.

So unless you plan on selling a whole bunch of this stuff to people offline, who don’t research product pricing online (good luck with that), you won’t be earning much at all from this income stream.

What happens when people pay wholesale through your link?

Read on.

Rapid Rewards

This income stream pays out commissions on sales volume that is generated within your team, by any member or distributor you refer. But only during their first 30 days.

Here’s how it works…

Everyone who buys the product within your team (as a member or distributor), goes into this ‘unilevel downline’. Which looks something like this:

Anyone you directly refer to (member or distributor), makes up your ‘level 1 referrals’. And whoever your first level distributors refer (members or distributors) will make up your ‘level 2 referrals’. And so on, 4 levels deep.

Rapid Rewards pays you on the sales volume generated within the first 4 levels of this downline. So whatever your level 1-4 referrals purchase and/ or sell within their first month, will earn you a commission.

How much can you earn?

How much you can earn depends on the amount of CV (commission volume) generated within the first 4 levels of your downline.

The compensation plan states that CV is based on “US market values”. Which for example, means that a $39.99 bottle of Accelerate would equate to 40 CV.

Using this same example, here’s what you would earn from levels 1-4 of your downline if each level generated 40 CV:

  • 1st level- $8
  • 2nd level- $4
  • 3rd level- $2.66
  • 4th level- $2

So in this example, you earned a total of $16.66 across all 4 levels of your downline because collectively the 4 levels generated 160 CV of sales volume (40 CV x 4).

But wait! There is a catch.

If you maintain less than 120 PV each month, you’ll only earn half of your level 1 commissions. Which (using the above example) would net you a whopping $4 commission!

So you need to maintain over 120 PV monthly to earn on the first 2 levels. And to earn on ALL levels (1-4), you must also accumulate 360 PV of product sales in at least one calendar month.

On one hand, these commissions are quite generous. On the other hand, unless you’re qualified, you’re going to be missing out on a lot of these commissions.

Quick Start Bonus

This is a simple $100 bonus that is paid if you generate 120 PV in your first month, and help 4 others do the same.

Residual Commissions

This income stream works off the same ‘unilevel’ downline system like the one I explained earlier.

Except for this time, there are 8 levels of referrals (which include members and distributors). And like before, you earn based on the CV that is generated within each level.

Here’s a breakdown of what you can potentially earn (based on 120 CV generated within each level for the month) and what it takes to qualify:

  • 1st level- Earn $12 (10%) / be an active distributor (30 PV monthly)
  • 2nd level- Earn $8 (6.66%) / maintain 120 PV each month
  • 3rd level- Earn $5 (4.16%) / maintain 120 PV plus 500 QV in at least 7 levels
  • 4th level- Earn $5 (4.16%) / maintain 120 PV plus 2,000 QV in at least 7 levels
  • 5th level- Earn $5 (4.16%) / maintain 120 PV plus 5,000 QV in at least 7 levels
  • 6th level- Earn $5 (4.16%) / maintain 120 PV plus 10,000 QV in at least 7 levels
  • 7th level- Earn $5 (4.16%) / maintain 120 PV plus 15,000 QV in at least 7 levels
  • 8th level- Earn $5 (4.16%) / maintain 120 PV plus 20,000 QV in at least 7 levels

Worth mentioning is that if you’re a ‘Manager’ level or higher, you would earn $6 (5%) instead of $5 for levels 3 to 6.

Also, when it comes to QV (qualifying volume), this is the total sales volume of your entire organization. No more than 60% of your QV quota can come from any ‘leg’. Which to put it simply, means that this volume needs to be spread out horizontally across your downline.

One last point worth mentioning here is that if you don’t have at least 30 PV within a calendar month, for 3 consecutive months, you lose your entire downline. Ouch!

Corporate Sales Pool

This is a bonus pool made up of 12% of the company’s total global revenue, split up into 12 separate bonus pools, which are associated with the first 12 affiliate ranks.

As you can see, these ranks are made up of Manager, Director and Executive (each with Silver, Gold and Platinum levels). So which pool you qualify for will depend on your affiliate rank, which is determined by your QV in a given month.

If you’re an Ambassador ranked affiliate, you get a share in all 12 bonus pools.

How much you earn depends on the total company revenue for the month, your rank and how many other distributors at the same rank qualify as well.

Leadership Bonuses

The Leadership Bonus is paid out as follows to those who achieve these lofty ranks:

  • Gold Executive rank – $100,000 over 12 months
  • Platinum Executive rank – $250,000 over 12 months
  • Ambassador rank – $500,000 over 18 months
  • Gold Ambassador rank – $1000,000 over 24 months

Other Bonuses

In addition to the income streams and bonuses I’ve explained, Xyngular also offers a ‘Passport Program’ and ‘Recognition Program’.

The Passport Program rewards distributors who achieve certain milestones, with trips around the globe. The higher your rank, the more extravagant the vacation.

The Recognition Program is also based on rank, and awards distributors with certificates, charms, and recognition (online and at Xyngular events). The higher you rank, the more ‘recognition’ you receive.

My Final Thoughts

Before you decide to join Xyngular. I would recommend that you try out the products first. See if it’s a fit for what you’re looking for.

If you don’t believe in the products that you are selling, chances are others wouldn’t. Makes sense, right?

If you’ve decided that you want to join Xyngular, you must have the following if you want to succeed:

  • A support team and system that will help build your business.
  • A mentor that will take you by the hand and help you reach your dreams and goals.
  • A constant flow of new leads and prospects that want to join your business.

It is not easy to be successful in the Xyngular business and which is why more than 95% fail.

If you feel the person you are going to sign up with is not going to be able to give you the necessary tools to help you succeed…
