MLM Network Marketing Recruiting Is Not HARD

You’ve probably been told that it is next to impossible to make money in the world network marketing, specifically because it’s so difficult to recruit people into your downline.

Well, I don’t mean this to come off the wrong way – but you have been flat out lying to.

The truth of the matter is that MLM recruiting and network marketing recruiting is only as difficult as you choose to make it, and if you know a handful of specific strategies (shared below) I that many consider being insider secrets of the very best MLM marketers in the world you’ll end up having too many prospects in your funnel.

This is not a bad problem to have.

First, you have to understand exactly who you want to be in your MLM downline before you even begin the process of prospecting

And this is similar to punching in the final destination for a road trip directly into your GPS, and then following the specific directions to get you exactly where you want to go. If you’re planning to go to the airport or to your lake house you wouldn’t punch in the address for the local supermarket or movie theater – you wouldn’t end up where you were trying to go in the first place.

Why then do so many MLM marketers just reach out with their prospecting, trying to pull and anyone and everyone that will give them the time of day to hear a pitch?

If you’re able to really focus on who you want, the rest of the MLM network marketing recruiting process becomes drop-dead simple and straightforward.

Once you understand who you’re after, the next step is actually going where they are located

There’s a funny story about a man who has lost his car keys in a parking lot and is getting help from his friends to find them. They are searching all over the parking lot where he last was a while he is searching under the closest streetlamp. His friends ask him why he’s checking over by the streetlamp instead of where he last had his keys, and he replies that this is where all the light is so it’s easier to search for.

You cannot say the wrong things to the right person and you cannot say the right things to the wrong person.

If you know exactly who you are trying to pull into your MLM downline but aren’t going out and finding where those people congregate in large numbers but instead waste your advertising or marketing efforts in a generalized way and then you are falling victim to this kind of parking lot search. Once you know exactly who you’re going after the next step is finding where they all gather and then putting your message in front of them.

MLM Recruiting is not hard

This is the final piece of the puzzle to filling your MLM recruiting pipeline with an almost overwhelming amount of prospects. Unless you have an MLM offer that is absolutely mouthwatering and completely irresistible you’re going to find the persuasion and convincing process to be a constant uphill battle in the struggle. Give them exactly what they’re looking for and you’ll find that they almost follow you subconsciously.

Well said Nate!  After reading your post I find myself sometimes in the GPS situation noted above.  Your posts help me turn around and go forward in the right direction.  Thank you for the insight.

The problem with most reps in MLM is that they’re more focused on just recruiting instead of focusing on finding the right people to recruit. If you have to convince people to join your company then you’ll end up convincing them to do what it takes to grow an mlm business period. Great subject Nate!

sks_success75 Exactly.  How you get them in your business is the outcome of how they will run their business.  There’s a quote that I love, and it goes like this… “How you do anything is how you do everything.”

Nate, This makes total sense. If we know exactly who we want to attract, find out where they congregate in large numbers, and then put our message in front of them, we will fill our MLM recruiting pipeline.

You’re right, Nate. You have to look at yourself and decide if you’re like the people you want to attract into your business. The question you need to ask yourself is: Would you sponsor you? If not, then continue to develop and work on yourself because if you do that, it’s only a matter of time before you become successful. Be consistent. That’s key.
    Thanks for sharing buddy!

  5. Getting tremendously clear Nate makes all the difference in the world.
I remember struggling for many years; then I got clear on who I wanted to partner with and what I wanted most with my businesses.
Save yourself year;s worth of struggle; get clear!
    Thanks for sharing 😉

    Hi Nate,
I am so delightful to read this article and it made lot of sense to my recruiting process. To my surprise I have been doing the same method as you said but my growth is very slow. I know one day or another I will build a strong foundation so that bring me better team members. Thank you for sharing your thoughts.
