However, there is another platform that you most probably be ignored despite its significance, and that is LinkedIn.
LinkedIn is perhaps the biggest social networking platform for professionals with a major focus on B2B marketing. However, partly due to the greater importance of Facebook and Twitter, and partly due to the formal nature of LinkedIn, businesses find it hard to utilize this platform for marketing, hence the number of connections on LinkedIn is always very low compared to Facebook and Twitter fans and followers. It might seem funny to you, but the fact is that only one-third of the LinkedIn members remain active.
