Will MLM Network Marketing Make You Wealthy?

If you’ve ever been a part of an MLM network marketing pitch then you have heard all of the promises and hype. Just about every one of them is the “perfect opportunity” to get in “on the ground floor” and make a ton of money, but surely not everyone is getting rich, right? People that are considering getting into MLM network marketing have probably asked: “Will MLM network marketing make me wealthy?” The answer to this question is both a resounding YES! and NO!

Will MLM Network Marketing Make You Wealthy

Your results are all about you

Although most people will not get wealthy from their MLM network marketing opportunity, this is not to say you cannot. In fact, if you know what you are doing and work hard, an MLM deal can be a great way to get rich. Here are some tips that will help you get the most from your MLM network marketing campaign:

-Find a quality company: If you really want to make money then you need to do your research. This means finding a company that sells high-quality products that have a good reputation in their industry. If you see a lot of negative information about the company then it is probably one to avoid.

-Make sure they have competitive prices: Let’s face it, most people use price as their number one criteria for buying anything. This is why you need to find a product that is competitively priced in its industry. If it is double the price of the competition, no one will buy it no matter how good it is.  Make sure there’s a demand for your product or service.

-Find an opportunity with reasonable start-up costs: If a business wants you to invest thousands of dollars or keep a ton of inventory then it is probably not a good opportunity.  You should also have low overhead and monthly expenses.

-Use the product: If you really want to sell a product then you should try it out. If you are excited about the product and know that it works well then you will be much more excited about selling it. It will also make it easier to answer the inevitable questions that people will have about the product.

-Find a company with good support: If your sponsor just hands you a flyer and tells you to “pass these out” then it is not a good sign. You should find a company that has a reputation for supporting its affiliates and networks. This includes plenty of training and people that will answer any questions that you have.

-Be honest: If you find a product that you honestly like, it will show. Conversely, you shouldn’t lie through your teeth or support a product that you really do not enjoy or stand behind.

Get started and get rich

If you go into it with the right attitude and find a great product to sell then you can get rich with MLM network marketing. People that failed in this industry usually only have themselves to blame.

  2. Finding a strong support system is crucial.

Once you start, all heck breaks loose….lol! You are hit by all types of ideas, resistance and obstacles all at once.

Having a coach to speak with, someone who guides you, makes all the difference.

Thanks Nate for the helpful breakdown!

I agree with Ryan. Having a coach makes a lot of difference. It will take you further than you could go working by yourself. A coach helps you shave off your learning curve and get things done more efficiently.

Thanks for this post, Nate…it’s been very helpful.

  4. Hey Nate,

I like the fact you said that the product has to resonate with you from the get go. Why try to marketing something that you’re not the least bit excited about? That nonchalant attitude towards your product will carry over to your prospects, which as a result means no sales. Thanks for sharing the tips!

  5. Going into network marketing with the “right” attitude is so very important if you want to be successful! If you are not a success, you have only yourself to blame….100% agree with you on that one Nate!

    Fantastic post!!! Shared for you!

MLM is good but alone will not make you wealthy, my own opinion.

  7. Georgia Moss says:

I considered all the information that you stated before I joined my network marketing company. I also wanted to make sure that it would be something that people would want to purchase. I did not want to change people buying habits. I just wanted the enhance their lives. So I went with a company that provided services eg. wireless, home security, natural gas, electricity.

You can get wealthy doing MLM but you need to be willing to make a commitment of 3 to 5 years of actually doing the business and learning the system.

Exactly, Georgia. It is a process and it is a business. Many people look at it as a lottery. Stay on course and stay on track and you will be wealthy beyond your wildest dreams. Thanks for stopping by. 🙂

    Hey Nate,

I certainly agree that it is crucial that you partner up with the right company that has a good reputation. The MLM industry will bring negative people (mostly in your own family). But you have to stay the coarse, believe in the product, yourself and things will work out for the better.

Awesome insight Nate…..Thank you for sharing…I will share also

      Hi Steve,

You make some good points about why it’s crucial for partnering up with the right company. Like you said about the negative people it comes with territory. Stay focused and stay on track. Awesome input Steve.
