5 Reasons Why People Today are Looking at Network Marketing as a Plan B

Once you start having the success you desire, you’ll be able to create more time freedom in such ways you never thought possible. Most people wouldn’t complain about this, but I am very passionate about what I do and I don’t waste time. After all, the old cliché “time is money” is actually true.  We can always make money but we can never make time.

I remember way back when wasn’t too happy where I was, I felt there was no purpose in life, so I started looking for some ways to supplement my income in my spare time. I also thought that it would be a good idea to have a “Plan B” just in case things didn’t work out my profession. I took a dab at Network Marketing at a very young age and never looked back.

Success wasn’t always easy at first, I still am nowhere where I want to be, and I never will be until the day I die.  I will continue to learn and educate myself.  If you stumbled across my site, looking for a second source of income and for a backup plan in case something goes wrong and things do not pan out.  Here are five reasons why people like me are looking at network marketing as a plan B.

Network Marketing is a Great Plan B

If you are looking for a great second source of income or just want a “Plan B” then you should consider looking at a home based business and here are five reasons why:

1. You can make money: I got into network marketing just to fill some free time, but I quickly found that I could actually make money. I fell in love with the industry and If you work hard, stay focused and know what you are doing, network marketing can be much more than just a “Plan B” it can create time freedom so that you can spend more time with the ones you love.

2. You can work from home: Unlike other jobs where you have to hit the road or commute to an office, you can do network marketing from the comforts of your own home. This makes it easy to do in your free time or after your regular job is eliminated.

3. You can do it part-time: Depending on how much money you want to make, you can do this job as little or as much as you want. This is great for people that already have another job or for retirees that have a lot of free time.

4. It works while you don’t: Once you have established your group or in this case your downline, you can start making money and leverage the hard work that you put in. Once you started reaping residuals from your network you will get paid many times over. These programs are designed to work even while you are not actively working on the business.

5. You can build a nest egg: If you invest and save the money you make from your Network Marketing business then you can build a nice nest egg for retirement or supplement the one you already have. In this way, you can add to your retirement.

Get Your Plan B Started Now

The best part about Network Marketing as a “Plan B” is that you can get started right away. There are no high overhead costs that are associated with a  traditional brick n mortar business.  If you are like me, and want to get the most out of your free time, or are just looking for a way to give yourself some financial security, and want change in your life, you should seriously look into a home-based business.

If you are seriously looking and if what I said makes sense to you, I invite you to contact me here and let’s talk and figure out what I can do to help you get started.

Networking Marketing is “a better way”. It’s the most cost effective way to start a home biz with HUGE upside potential finacially and most importantly make you grow better as a person.
It’s also a rapidly growing Profession because people are starting to realize that the job market is not the same and only getting worse. It’s time to teach people that there is another option.

  2. Hi Nate,

This is one great post I read about Network Marketing! You explained how and why it is a great Plan B in nowadays uncertainities with jobs and other businesses that are affected by economy fluctuations and it doesn’t need high overhead costs and it can be started immediately.

I agree with you Network Marketing is an attractive Plan for the current economy. But also, there will be lots of work involved. It is for those who are ready to work hard and build a sustainable business.

Thanks Nate for sharing. Have a great week ahead.

    Be Blessed,

Hi Neamat, Yes indeed. Network Marketing is the new economy equalizer. So many people are looking at Network Marketing as a means of a Plan B or a secondary source of income. Yes, there is work involved but it’s worth so much more in terms of value vs a regular 9-5. Thank you for stopping by!

  3. Hey Nate,

I couldn’t have said it better. Network Marketing is definitely a great place to be in right now. After having a home business for a while now, I truly believe that being an employee should be temporary unless it’s something you really like.

You gave all the right reasons why most people use network marketing as a Plan B. It’s nothing like doing something that you love, making money from it, and having that time freedom. For me it’s the time freedom and can’t nothing beat it! Thanks for sharing!

Sherman, it’s not about the money… at all. Most think it is, but it’s not. It’s time freedom and time freedom is priceless and holds more value than money ever will.

Thank goodness network marketing is not the only plan B available Nate because I learned that it’s not for me. Because there are so many different things you can do online we all can have a way “out”.

I think if you really have a desire to do better and have more then whatever direction you chose to go you can have success. They definitely need to remain open like you said though because you’re continually going to be learning with each new day.

So happy you’re thrilled with what you’re doing and I wish you continued success. I have no doubt you’ll achieve everything you’ve ever wanted. You just strike me as that kind of guy! 😉

      Hi Adrienne,

Yes, I agree with you… Network Marketing isn’t the only plan B available. With that being said, there’s so many opportunities in this world and plenty of abundance for anyone who wants to get into something where they can create a second income, or a full-time lifestyle from it. For some it may be Internet Marketing more specifically blogging, or maybe promoting affiliate products. With this being said, Network Marketing isn’t for everyone. Thank you Adrienne, your feedback mean alot to me. Appreciate you stopping by my friend. 🙂

I think your ideas are great, but the bottom line here is the extra free time. At this point I am using internet marketing such as blogging to increase my website visibility. I think it is great that you have been focused and have been able to put forth your plan B. So

    • Nate Leung says:

      Hi Arleen,

I agree the bottom line is time freedom. Leveraging the internet and using your blog to increase your website visibility is a great way to gain exposure, provided that you are giving value on a regular basis, in which you are doing. Feel free to stop by anytime!
