4 Things You Need Build a Sustainable Internet Marketing Business

The buzz with businesses these days is to make them sustainable. The awareness pertaining to environment is increasing among businesses, therefore, every existing business is trying to go environment friendly, whereas those entrepreneur who wish to start a business face a great challenge pertaining to making it a sustainable business.

The primary challenge pertaining to a sustainable business for startup entrepreneurs is the heavy investment it requires at the start. An environmental friendly business requires a better infrastructure, better equipment and better procedures to make it sustainable, on the other hand, entrepreneurs always run short of these things.  In the lines below, I shall discuss with you the four things that you require to leave worrying for others and start your own sustainable business.

4-Things-to-Build-a-Sustainable-BusinessLaptop or Smartphone:

The one technological equipment that you require to start your own sustainable business is a laptop or smartphone. Besides the conventional businesses that deal in the conventional market, there is another market online and there are numerous types of business in this market. Therefore, with the help of your laptop, you can browse the online market and do some research on the niche you want to enter, thus once you have selected and finalized the niche, you need to have your laptop or smartphone filled with all kinds of information and data pertaining to your niche. Having a laptop firstly is better pertaining to sustainability compared to otherwise setting a home-based office and gives you the room to be flexible in your starting days as well.

Internet Connection:

The other obvious thing required pertaining to starting a sustainable online business is an internet connection. The major reason why your business will be sustainable is that it will be set in the online market, to access which you require an internet connection. Therefore, along with your laptop the other complementary element that you require is an internet connection. Like all the other things in the business, you need an internet connection that suits your needs. You don’t need to have an internet connection the bandwidth of which you rarely use, nor do you need an internet connection that is cheap because it is slow. Therefore, as per the requirements of your niche and the kind of utility you require online, chose an internet connection that meets your needs. For instance, if your niche requires voice communication, then chose an internet connection that facilitates voice communication and if the need is otherwise, then select an according and appropriate connection.

A Creative Business Idea:

You have identified a niche using an internet connection on your laptop, the next thing you need to do to establish a sustainable business is to have a creative business idea. The online market is as competitive as the conventional market if not more, therefore, it is imperative that in your particular niche you work on coming up with a unique and creative idea that fills up some unattended need of the market. Therefore, for a sustainable online business, you need to brainstorm research and work hard on identifying the unattended need and fill it up with some creative business proposal.

Personal Development Blog 3 Ways On How to Live With an Abundant MindsetProper Mindset:

To start a sustainable business, you can have a laptop and an internet connection with which you can identify your niche. Then within that niche you can identify some unmet demand and produce a creative business idea against it, however, if you don’t have a proper mindset, then your idea won’t materialize and you won’t be able to have and run a sustainable business. Most of the people have the first two of the afore mentioned factors available, a few have the aforementioned three factors available however, there are very few people who are able to complement the above mentioned three factors with a proper mindset. A proper mindset includes dedication, commitment, management and developing an understanding of how you can make your business more sustainable while in the online market.  Therefore, above everything you need to have the proper mindset, which entails that you wish to have established a sustainable business and you show dedication to the cause.

Now it’s Your Turn!

Are you running a sustainable business? What kind of niche are you in? How did you decide upon that? How is your experience about sustainable business? Especially an online sustainable business? Do share your great experiences.

The most important thing needed is a proper mindset among others because even if you have the other things without a proper mindset that you can do it then your efforts might as well be counted as a wasted one.
I wake up every morning with the right mindset that i have business to do and to do it i require to keep it real and any day i dont feel up to it i simply don’t bother so i don’t spoil something i have been building for years by a single day’s misfortune as a result of my mindset.

Our mind site will determine how we are going to make money online.
I have seen people who blog for months without earning a dime and they keep trying different things until they get the one that works for them.

Oh, and without internet connection and laptop, you are grounded from taking full advantage of making money online!

The main thing here is having the right mindset. That is the mindset to have massive success. If you do not believe that you can do it then you will get nowhere fast, regardless of what idea you have.

If you are stuck in a rut then take a BREAK for a half hour and walk outside for a half hour. You will be able to work faster once you return.

The mindset is greatly important. Many who go into business don’t realize what it takes and the compromises they will need to make. Having a long term perspective helps.

It is interesting how you point out a lot of technology that is important to the growing business. I love how you finish off with the MOST important part, which is NOT technology….mindset.

I love the way you boil things down to a few important parts.

Know your Niche – Very important
Creating a product or service to address their needs – Very important
Having the right mindset – Priceless!

Hi Nate, great post. I agree mind-set is foundational. It’s impossible to be successful without it. One thing you mentioned that struck a chord with me is niche. I am learning more about this. Having been a corporate executive for many years while starting my own coaching business to now building my business full-time, I’ve realized niches are critical. Some people think ( I was one of them) everyone is their potential client. The last several years, my niche has changed. My niche market is family caregivers. Mothers raising families while caring for a parent or grandparent, a son/daughter or grandchild taking care of an aging, ill or injured loved one, or, a husband or wife taking care of their spouse. I provide a lifeline through all stages of care giving; helping families through the myriad of physical, emotional, and spiritual issues faced as a caregiver. It’s amazing how we change through our life experiences. So, part of having a niche and a proper mindset is knowing when your business is ready to shift rather than ‘force’ it.

Great post, Nate. I am not using my Smart phone much in my business yet. Since I work from home and am here most of the time, my computer is sufficient. However, that will change, no doubt. Thanks for the information

    Hi Nate,

I always enjoy reading your posts. Mindset is, I think the most important thing. I had some problems with mindset in the beginning but once that changed, other things started to open up.

    Have a great day.

Great tips! I think one huge difficulty in coming up with a sustainable business idea is finding one that hasn’t already been taken. There is a lot of competition out there.

    [Reply]

    Nate Leung Reply:

There can be a lot of competition but at the same time it’s all about how you view competition. If competition exists in your world, it’s not always a bad thing. Because without it, there wouldn’t be a need for that particular business. Thanks for the comments!

All of these are great. I think a positive mindset is probably the most important of them all. You can’t really go anywhere if you’re plagued with self-doubt or feel you won’t succeed.

    Well said Carlana!

Hey Nate, great post. I especially like #4. I can’t tell you how many people I work with that have very creative and awesome ideas, but don’t have the mindset to make them a reality (sometimes myself included). It’s a process though, and with a great Mentor and Guide like you, people can actually make it happen.

    Thanks for the info!
